• Organic EmerginC bath amenities in sustainable luxury dispensers
• Separating compost, recycling, and trash as part of our housekeeping recycle program
• Used Nespresso® aluminum coffee capsules are collected and sent for recycling
• Sustainable seafood, locally sourced ingredients, plastic-free packaging, and compostable to-go boxes and cups at our on-site restaurant, Wild Onion
